The Lumenos HSA plan has two parts: A high-deductible health plan (HDHP) and a Health Savings Account, or HSA. An HSA is like a savings account for your health. You contribute funds to your HSA to save for eligible medical expensees. Your HSA contributions may have potential tax advantages and any unuses dollars are rolled over from year to year for future health expenses. |

With HIA Plus, your Health Incentive Account is funded in two ways: 1) Anthem makes quarterly contributions. 2) You can earn reward credits by taking steps to improve and maintain your health. Any unused funds are rolled over from year to year to help you pay for future health expenses.
