Blue Access Economy

This plan is designed to protect against costly health care expenses at a price that's surprisingly affordable. It covers up to 3 office visits with a $35 per visit Co-Pay. Additional visits are subject to the deductible and coinsurance amounts. Preventative care (including physical exams and well baby care) is covered through one of the state's largest provider networks.

Lumenos Health Savings Account Plan 1

This plan combines a tax-advantaged member-funded Health Saving Account with a qualified high deductible health plan (HDHP).

This plan provides comprehensive coverage with substantial cost savings through one of the state's largest provider networks. It also provides the freedom to use out-of-network doctors and hospitals.
